Renting out a property comes with real legal responsibilities. On a managed service we track every certificate and renewal so nothing slips, protecting you and your tenants.
Gas Safety (CP12)
Annual gas safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer, with a copy given to tenants.
Electrical (EICR)
A valid Electrical Installation Condition Report at least every 5 years.
EPC rating
A valid Energy Performance Certificate of band E or above before letting.
Smoke & CO alarms
Working smoke alarms on every floor and a CO alarm in any room with a fuel-burning appliance.
Deposit protection
Deposits registered with a government-approved scheme such as My Deposits within 30 days.
